Playing the short term bounce along with timing the currency markets, oil provides some of the best action for technical traders to take advantage of price swings that fall outside of the fundamentals.  While shale oil puts downward pressure on prices, activity in the middle east and political positioning should provide opportunity to catch price surges especially into September through November so we will position ourselves to take advantage of this.
